"I believe in providing high quality care. To help achieve my goals for my patients, I have developed guarantees that explicitly communicate my commitment to achieving our goals. I guarantee that:

  • I will endeavour to see you personally at your first initial consultation. In the rare event that this is not possible, you will be seen by my highly qualified optometrist Anna Sue or you may reschedule to another time.
  • I will personally perform your surgery myself.
  • My staff and I will address any questions you may have about your treatment options or surgery, and ensure you are kept informed of all likely outcomes.
  • In the unlikely event the surgery hasn't met my or your expectations, every effort will be made to address and resolve any issues."

"I have experienced firsthand the life-changing effect improved vision can have on your life. I personally underwent refractive surgery, and therefore understand the truly amazing benefits of blended vision. As an Eye Surgeon, it was incredibly satisfying and is what ultimately sparked my interest in Laser Vision Correction. Because of this, I was amongst the first in Eye Surgeons in NZ to perform Laser Vision Correction and today am the only Eye Doctor in Auckland specializing only in iLASIK Vision Correction."

"The eye iLASIK was the best thing to happen to me and I should have done this years ago. The results are incredible, unbelievable, such time savings (don’t have to look for my goggles and swap lenses). What an invention!!!" – Sesh Dayal

"This is just unbelievable. I'm only 27, but have been wearing glasses for 20 odd years and I don't really remember much of my life not wearing glasses - when I wore glasses, I was always called four eyes when I was younger, although now, its seems to be cool to wear glasses, as if it were a fashion statement. When I’m on the bike, I’ve always got the sunnies on (with prescription inserts) so whenever I stop and put the sunnies on the head, I can’t really see much. You go to gas stations and just make the shapes out of people, I could never make eye contact because I couldn’t make out their eyes. And then going to the supermarket – I can’t be bothered switching glasses all the time, so I end up going around the supermarket not seeing a whole lot, or put the sunnies on. Which gets some odd looks from people when you have sunnies on inside a building!

"I’m still getting used to waking up and not having to put glasses on, I can see the digits on the alarm clock, and I can see the tips of my fingers without glasses on. I’ve seen the stars at night with my own eyes for the first time in twenty years – unreal! To not have that blur around the edges of glasses – awesome! To be able to feel my face, another bonus! To not have to keep pushing the glasses on my nose up, loving that!

"And not to mention being able to actually see a pretty girl walk past and be able to make eye contact and smile - never really done that before, always had the head down because of my glasses (or didn't have them on at all), so that's a really cool new experience!

"Anyways, it’s not really a quick email anymore, but just wanted to say a big Thank You. It’s definitely a life changing thing, sorta causing a chain reaction – making me think twice about a couple of the other things going in my life. So thanks heaps!" - Tyron

"I’ve been meaning to get in touch much sooner to firstly acknowledge that I’m ok and that the new eyes are fabulous, and to secondly thank you for taking such great care of me last week.

"What can be a frightening experience was made so much easier because of having a friendly face meet me when I arrived. By the time I was in Tony’s hands he could’ve extracted my fingernails with pliers and this would’ve been ok with me so long as your team continued to reassure me, pat my hand and smile.

"My gratitude is infinite. You have given me a precious gift to enjoy once again. For this alone I would’ve been prepared to feel pain but as it turns out – this was an added bonus. During the procedure and in the days following, pain was totally absent and I was able to enjoy my new eyes immediately and without scaring small children.

"From the moment I first picked up the phone to make my enquiry I have been impressed and confident that I was making a good decision. If I hadn’t felt this way I probably wouldn’t have bothered beyond the initial conversation.

"In particular, I would like to thank you for your excellent customer service that meant I was always in the loop and never had to ask a question. The whole team was terrific to meet with and they put me at ease and ensured I was totally clear on what was happening. And to whomever was patting my hand during the procedure – thank you – it was a lovely touch and it did help!

"I have been shouting my praise of you far and wide so my friends and family can also enjoy your service. Keep up the great work!" – Susie

"I wanted to write to you to express my grateful thanks for transforming my life.

"Last night I was in a restaurant when a complete stranger approached me and commented on what she described as my "beautiful, iridescent blue eyes". She asked if I was wearing tinted contact lenses, because the colour was so beautiful. I was understandably completely flattered and explained to her these are my "normal eyes".

"It made me think back to the panic filled moments in your clinic, two months ago, when you held my hand, as Dr Morris performed his miracle on my eyes. I was so nervous and felt so silly about the fuss I was making. But all you kept saying to me throughout the procedure was keep thinking about what your life is going to be like without glasses.

"I can tell you now that my life has changed forever. People who do not wear glasses will never understand that statement. I went skiing the other day and for the first time ever I could wear my ski goggles without cramming my glasses underneath, only to have them fog up and dig into my forehead. It was magic to glide down the mountain and think to myself, this is what my life is like now.

"Running through the rain, swimming, cooking and letting aroma filled steam envelope my face. All of these situations have taken on a new wonderful meaning. Even the most intimate parts of my life, like kissing someone without glasses being in the way!

"Some people have said that I suited glasses, but they mistakenly believe that people who wear glasses are doing so as a fashion statement. For me this was never the case. I simply had no choice and glasses always felt like a horrible barrier between the world and myself.

"Today, the barrier is gone. I feel whole again. I feel normal. No amount of thanks can say how grateful I am. You have given me a gift." – S.W

"Dear Dr Morris, Veronica, Kyomi, Anna, Karen and all the theatre nurses. Thank you for the gift of sight!! It’s amazing to be seeing so clearly 24/7. Your friendliness, hospitality and professionalism were just outstanding – I’ll definitely be recommending you guys!" – Raewyn McNamara

7.
"To Antony, Veronica and the wonderful girls in your team! Thank you so much for ‘fixing’ my eyes! I can walk in the rain, go to sleep staring at the stars, open the oven, cook over a boiling pot of water, fall asleep whenever I want – and still be able to see!! It’s truly amazing!! Thank you!!" – Denise Morse’

8.
"To Veronica and the team – Thank You! Your kindness is appreciated more than you know. When I was frightened you gave me a hug and held my hand and for that I am truly grateful." – Carolyn

"There were two ladies from Stratford – Taranaki who ventured to Auckland for eye surgery. We arrived in Auckland, our vision was bleary and we both were feeling a little scary! But you were all great, you put us at ease, and now we are seeing the world clearly, and feeling very pleased! So we’d like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for giving our lives a ‘brand new start’!" – Sheree and Andrea

"Dear Dr Morris, I’ve been trying to think of the appropriate words to say ‘Thank You’. Thank you so “Very Much” to you and your wonderful team! Veronica made the process of making the appointments and arrangements to have my eyes repaired by you so wonderfully easy! Kyomi and the rest of your staff made the day a comfort and a very pleasing experience. I have found the professional demeanor of yourself and your staff to be of the highest standard I have had the pleasure to observe and experience! Restoring my sight means So Much to me!" – Michael Turner
