Eye Institute South - Clinic Manager Appointed
Aaron Sheldrake has been appointed clinic manager of Eye Institute South.
After completing a Bachelor of Leisure Studies at Waikato University, Aaron did his OE in the UK where he had various jobs, including being stockroom supervisor at Jai Kudo, an eyewear and lens distributor, in London in 2006. This was his entrée into the optical industry and when he returned to New Zealand in 2007, he took up a position at Eye Institute. During his three years he has worked with several of the partners, managing their clinics, including Dr Simon Dean’s as well as purchasing and administration duties.
In his new role at Eye Institute South, Aaron will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic, covering marketing, administration, leadership and secretarial duties.
“We recognised Aaron’s potential and with his 3 years experience at Remuera was the perfect person to be our clinic manager, under my leadership,” said Barbara Cable, manager, Eye Institute.
