'10 Years Younger' team call on Eye Institute for Vision Correction


Ten Years Younger team approached Eye Institute Doctors to feature on their make over programmes by providing life changing laser vision correction on prime time TV.


This series of Ten Years Younger takes a couple who look much older than their years. The individuals are separated for ten days while two teams of appearance experts do their work.

A team of experts use every trick in the book to make someone look dramatically younger.

Eye Institute are called upon to perform laser vision correction. A procedure that makes the contestants look and feel younger, by improving their vision without the need for glasses or contacts.

At the end of the 10 days they parade their new looks for the public and each other!

Episode 2 - Screened 9th May 2008 >
Al and Tracy still behave like two love struck teenagers, but it’s obvious their appearance has taken a beating. They living proof that looking after children really does cause premature aging! Two teams of experts take up the challenge to turn back time.

Al has his vision corrected by Eye Institute. After the relatively short procedure his vision is restored almost immediately. He is able to look at a clock on the wall and read the time without the help of glasses or contacts - something he wasn't able to do 10 minutes prior to the Lasik Eye Vision Correction procedure.

Al gives an emotional and heartfelt 'thank you' to the caring and professional team at Eye Institute.

The end result is Al no longer has to rely on glasses and now has 20/20 vision.

Episode 3
This time the teams take on best friends Michelle and Carolyn who feel judged by their appearance. Despite losing 20 kgs each they still feel short changed in the looks department but we know there’s a couple of swans hiding in there somewhere!
